MĚSTSKÉ MUZEUM ČÁSLAV

Čáslav City Museum is housed in a one-storey Neo-Renaissance building built specifically for museum purposes in 1884. The building was designed by František Tetřev and built by the architect František Skřivánek at a cost of 23,000 gold coins. The construction was financed from its reserve fund Záložna čáslavská. It was opened to the public on November 22, 1885.
