Muzeum Vysočiny collects, manages, professionally uses and makes accessible scientific and historical collections, mostly from the region. In addition to its own research activities, it organizes professional conferences and seminars and provides services to the public in a professional museum library. In addition to long-term exhibitions, the museum organizes approximately 10 to 15 thematic exhibitions a year.
