The Queen's Hamlet

Palace of Versailles introduces part of the Trianon Gardens, built in 1783 by Queen Marie-Antoinette's architect - Richard Mique.

On the site, visitors can browse the complete history of The Queen's Hamlet and see 3D visualizations of both the exterior and interior of The Queen's House.

The 3D models are created as 360 degree photographs with audio accompaniment.

It is also possible to view an audio transcript for each accompaniment, making this website deaf-friendly.

The Queen's Hamlet tour also includes stories of French empresses Marie-Antoinette and Marie-Louise.

Everything is divided into clear sections. There is also a calendar of events taking place at The Queen's Hamlet. If visitors decide to visit the buildings in person, they can plan their visit down to the smallest detail.
